I used to see a local band called "edipus wrecks" (no joke) in my youth and they covered this song. Brian,the lead singer, would change the lyrics to "blue, green, brown eyed girl" to cover his girlfriend(blue)and me(green). Every time I hear the song I think of them and get all warm and fuzzy inside. Thanks for posting DoodleBug! Im having a GREAT day! Hope you are too!
