Just got stuck with this and did not have a later backup, but back in business again after 18 hours of this because of not having a newer backup. I just made a backup and this works, perhaps it will work for you if you get this darn thing.

If you get this malware it pays to have a backup of you Boot Drive (link down at bottom)

Just made a new backup of my C boot drive and with this program, it may take a couple of hours depending on how much you have on your C drive (I only put there what I have to, everything else is on different partitions including Sonar and songs, but still can be backed-up if need be) and use normal compression although there are other options - and with it on a Bootable CD you can make a Boot Backup of your Sector 0 Master Boot record also (if a rootkit gets on it and screws it) and restore your computer C Boot Drive in about an hour and I store it on another partition (although you could go crazy and use 60 CD's to store a back up also but why and have your computer running again in little time at all (compared to just spending 18 hours on this one of mine because of that darn malware)

and well-a - done!

It may be only for Seagate drives but I bet it probably work on any new drive I suppose, doesn't hurt to try.

and it works great for copying to another drive also. They updated it for bigger drives, but I have enough room with a 500GB (and don't trust bigger drives yet) and plenty of room for Sonar or Cakewalk anything although there are other things on my computer like programming programs also.

It works!
Now, new backup (takes less time usually they what the program states) and up to date with Java Runtime from java.oracle.com or java.sun.com whichever which I think is how it got on but not sure and done, done, done, and everything is like normal like it was before.
Yeah!

It depends on which OS you have on how it shows to be if windows 7 it would be Windows 7-home-security-2012

and it made to take money off your machine or accounts or something, but I have none of that on any partition with my computer and won't have.

Just make sure your e-mail is set up or else the Internet Browsers may not go anywhere and say it can't make a connection. (or least on mine it did until I entered the e-mail stuff like mail.whatever stuff.
POP 3 Connection to receive e-mails.

This darn malware is bad, bad, bad!

Back later then!
