Hi all!! Nice to see so many old faces here!!

Its been a very sad few days down here. I just cant believe it, or how it happened. Or where it happened. Brings back so many bad memories. Had a rant about my personal thoughts on matter but better left unsaid, suppose..was going to post on the old friday thread last night, but couldn't.

I remember exiled1 as well, I hope the world has treated him well since his great loss that I think we all remember....so terribly sad that.

I loved Chris Cornell as well, his voice was amazing and when I saw a video of him singing with his daughter it melted my heart.

I can't fathom that he took his own life with children left behind.....

I spoke about this on another thread, the basic incomprehensible act he took with children left behind, I guess we'll never know his state of mind at the time...it's terribly sad and I am saddened most for his children.

May Chris Cornell rest in peace but also may his children find some way to go forward with the action that their father took which ripped him from their lives..

I know the video you referenced. He didnt purposely leave his family behind like that. And right in the middle of a tour...dont make sense. He loved them. His tweets were always upbeat, loving. Don't make sense. But either way he is no more. What a fucking loss!!! I grew up with that amazing man, my entire life memories from 1990 on are encompassed with his music. theres not a song he played that doesnt have a place in my souls memory. ok he did have some shit solo stuff.. sorry chris, but you never matched your first...euphoria morning... perhaps one of the best albums ever!!
