There is a caveat.

Right now, those with the power to do so, are removing every building block of the foundation beneath the feet, of every individual and family, that they can.

Those operating at the highest levels on this planet, are moving to create a one world living standard. In this scenario, every working individual, will earn abut the same as a peer doing the same type of work elsewhere on the planet.

Competition will be limited to a corporate entitlement.

The $250,000.00 figure, is HIS idea of "just above poor". But, what he is saying, metaphorically is that the monetary unit is being devalued, intentionally, to get those dollars back into the hands of those who issued them. (It now costs more to exist)

Furthermore, what we are NOT seeing is that costs of living have not come down to meet the devaluation level, which would, in theory, begin to balance or level the playing field for survival of the individual/family/community/society.

The long-term plan is to effect change in the spirit of the time by forcing the average couple to "plan" for the costs associated with building a family. Between lower birth rates, lower pregnancies, lower numbers of people choosing to have more children and attrition, will result in a reduced population.

The spirit of the time is being planned for the next Millennium or roughly 1000 years.

@ $250,000 it would take 4 years of salary to pay for a city/suburb house.

that is bloody rich even for a family.

i think it will take 20-30 years at minimum to implement this. the gap between first world and 3rd world is night and day.

By wordly standards 250K is a real fortune.

By American standards it's nowhere near "rich" / super rich.

you need 15-20 times more earning in the first world to have the same standard of living as the 3rd world (employing servants chauffeurs et al) but $250,000 just comfy? oh well weird standards to call for a revolution. LOL

it is human nature to make the most of what you have, no one will squeak till it drops to $25,000 and by then max population will be on food stamps. as long as you get what the neighbor gets no one will protest a thing.

the shit will hit the fan though if after coming down to $25,000 and food stamps the social welfare collapses or is withdrawn, but then people will be too used to being beat down to bother doing anything.

i think celente is right you guys in usa should protest before $250,000 slips even lower cuz there is no return from there.

I make 75K, live well below my means and I save/invest far more than I spend each month. If I made $250K I'd be retired in 10 years (I'm just under 40 now) and never work another day in my life. 250K is not "super rich" but more "independently wealthy" which is really all one needs anyway.
