Obviously his glutton ass has never been arrested, in jail or prison because then he would know that the constitution is rarely followed or enforced maybe 70% of the time. I have been arrested numerous times, jails and prison and had my rights trampled on so I speak from personal experience. But I can tell you that the police are really the good guys because I was guilty every time and I was the human doing criminal acts.


The facts are that for the most part these constitutional laws do nothing but mostly protect criminals. Hence, that is why they ignore them and most these cases will be settled via plea bargain anyways.

So, the people have been armed for the last 100 years during many crisis' and oppression and what have they done? My thoughts are that the American people are so domesticated now that they will NEVER rise up or use their weapons against the Government. The only reason we are allowed to keep them is in case we need to help fight an invasion on US shores. Hence, we are ready made military who can shoot invaders and protct the homeland.
