What ever you do do not eat before you go have it done...try water only for 24 hours..Easier on your system..

I asked my "Doc" about this and she said it doesn't make any difference, it's going to be shit-tacular whether you do or not.

They said don't eat any big meals 2 hours before procedure.

Wrong.. 2 of my friends have a little Colonic Therapy Practice .. Had it done twice...Just to try it out..It was somewhat uncomfortable..Made the mistake of eating Chili for supper the night before... Never again... way to gassy and uncomfortable... Just my 2 cents...

I still couldnt get over being very embarrassed, I would like it done but just wouldnt feel right farting and shitting in front of a stranger.

She said I had no gas at all, so maybe that's why it wasn't so bad for me.

Well, that's what they *do* so they sort of expect it. Try thinking that you witholding your poop, gas, and money from them is robbing them of their livelihood.

Are you awake during or are you doped up like during a colonoscopy? I had one of them and they dropped me with propofol before the procedure. That stuff is amazing! I can see why Michael Jackson loved the stuff.

Are colonics better than enemas? Cause y people can do enemas at home for a lot less money. Youtubes on that too.

Well, this was my first one today, and it was only a few hours ago. I have more energy, I'm not as mentally "Foggy", and my belly decreased in size by 50%

My wife, who is skeptical, and fiscally conservative, was amazed. I expected her to announce what a waste it was, but she's really delighted.

It's night and day. Enemas don't do 10% of what this does.

It's one day after my very first High Colonic.

I have much more energy, but this is a subjective thing, potentially placeboic response.

What is objective here is that all of my psoriasis areas have gotten noticibly smoother and less flakes!

My belly remains 50% smaller even though I ate as usual.

My vision is sharper, can read the fine print, and am having a lot of drainage now from my sinuses.

In the interest of science, I have other changes going on as well. I stopped smoking in March, and I've switched from Diet Pop to water or water flavored with Lemon and stevia.

Good for you OP--takes courage to try something this alternative. You can purchase a colema board and do colonics at home. Some people can achieve the same benefits doing a 3-day water fast with psyllium drinks before bed. then an enema (not the tiny ones that come in little bottles, the old fashioned one that holds about 2 quarts of water.) Some people add organic coffee to the enema. There's info on the net and there are lots of books. You might check out Bernard Jensen's excellent book. Just don't overdo. Ignore people who want to tease you. Remember they're fos and you're nice and clean.

They don't. On the shelf you see stacks and stacks of sealed, sterile ass tubes and witness them opening a new one.
