What ever you do do not eat before you go have it done...try water only for 24 hours..Easier on your system..

Had it done twice...Just to try it out..It was somewhat uncomfortable..Made the mistake of eating Chili for supper the night before... Never again... way to gassy and uncomfortable... Just my 2 cents... She said I had no gas at all, so maybe that's why it wasn't so bad for me.
