The "mark" is an allegiance to the "beast"....probably the UN/PTB. In/On your forehead signifies the "mind". Your thoughts, choosing the spirit of the AC over the spirit of God. Those who serve God have his "seal" and those serve evil will have the "mark/seal" of Satan for it is him whom they CHOOSE to serve. In the right hand means which ACTIONS you choose.
