At least Texas newspapers and News outlets identified them as"black". None of the coded PC nonsense. I expect some shop owner or some individual victimized by these kind of scumbags to lay waste to them when they are being robbed sooner or later. Maybe then this method of crime embraced by blacks will cause decent citizens to demand action nationwide from lawmakers to put and end to this crap.
