In that cartoon u see 2 men spewing fire out of their mouth at each other . Fish jump out of ocean and birds flying. Exactly the same as the 2 witnesses prophesied in Revelation. The 2 witnesses spew fire and did not use their fists. One of them must be China. I assume the other Obama America.
