There is a theory which states that if ever anyone discovers exactly what the Universe is for and why it is here, it will instantly disappear and be replaced by something even more bizarre and inexplicable. There is another theory mentioned, which states that this has already happened. |

Quoting: Only Mewhat is she taking it for anyway? strep throat. may i ask what your expertise is? I am not sure of azithromycin causing panic attacks. That being said, airway restriction can cause them rather easy. Strep can make one "feel" as if they are having trouble breathing. Perhaps they are having an allergic reaction, even though this medicine is probably one of the most innocuous antibiotics. Dr. House User ID: 1398844 ![]() 07/15/2011 04:13 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | My wife is having crazy heart palpitations, her left arm is tingly. She also took melatonin and pre-natal vitamins earlier. Called pharmacy and they said there should be no interactions between that stuff...help us. Quoting: AqabamanBreathing problems can bring on the feeling of heart attack and cause tingling in the arms. If she is having an allergic reaction to any of the stuff she is taking, it could be the cause. She needs to be seen by a doctor. She is pregnant, how far along you didn't say - it could actually be a problem with the pregnancy. I can think of several things is COULD be - but without more data and a physical exam it cannot be diagnosed. This is an ER visit, meaning if you haven't done so - get off the computer, get her in the car and get her to the ER. If she is dizzy (to the point of falling over) if her lips are turning blueish Call 911 and tell them you think she is having a severe allergic reaction to antibiotics. DO NOT attempt to get her to ER, let the EMT team come to you.
