just wondering if its only me...
I hate flourescent lights...
They make me feel anxious, on edge, and irritated.
Does that lighting have any effect on you?
why does that light have this effect on me??
Quoting: LarimarAre you in a building with older fixtures? Really old fixtures used ballasts that didn't chop up the ac to make it smooth and the result was a lot of flicker. Its kind of like an old crt monitor running at 60 hz. Not very pleasant. the light is in my kitchen ..overhead encased in some frosted plexiglass...70's style and yucky..we need to tear it all out. We have other lights in the kitchen that i use and never have to turn that flourescent light on. but yeah, like in stores where they have those lights (which is most) i just rush through get what i need and get out as fast as i can
