First off, I don't think all contrails are chemtrails, however, it would and has been a useful way of dispersing chemicals on unsuspecting people.

The fact is they have used it to spray people for experimental purposes and or for weapons purposes. Who is to say whom and for what purpose current sprayings would be for.

Why there are so many more lingering contrails as well as at times very noticeable chemtrails that linger for ages, I don't know the answers.
