The animators understand negative space, and when drawing frame by frame, it would at least become obvious that it would have been changed if not to be intentionally suggestive.

When Bugs Bunny cartoons were made, they were not intended to be viewed by children only. They were "shorts" that were shown in movie theaters between feature films. They also showed news reels. The vast majority of people did not own television sets then, and the only time they saw cartoons was when they were going to the movies. There was no such thing as "subliminal" messaging or advertising, because such ideas had not even been thought of yet.

Most of you Bozos have no idea of events from when before you werre born, and actually think that Bugs cartoons were made within your lifetimes. This particular cartoon, as evidenced by the way that both Elmer and Bugs are drawn, was done in the 1940's. If there is a "dick", is was either added by some jokester, or whatever it is you are seeing is put there by your imagination.
