The bible is a corrupted tome, God does not punish, but then I guess that not too many actually understand God. There is more than one God, your creator is not a punisher.
God would not punish every living thing, innocent animals, babies, children, good people of God all under one place. You do not rush in to hurt people god and bad all alike.
It is human thinking that has caused that error.
Our creator teaches errors through individual learning in your individual path, not a sweeping cruel event that hurts all regardless of their path.
The earth and her nature can hurt you with elemental changes and catastrophes, but they are due to the behaviour of man ruining the atmosphere and biology of earth in one way or another.

I am fed up with people blaming God for what they do, it is not God, God understands you and loves you contrary to belief, if he were to hurt you it would not be with the elements of earth, God teaches, does not hurt.

Partly the problem on this thread is that Americans assume that all prophesy is limited to them and the Americas.
There are droughts all across the earth at varying times as there are mass floods across the world.
It does not make it prophesy to cherry pick that which coincides!

HELP!! Because of what is going on with this drought and other events I want to stock up on food but my husband says we cant because of what it says in Luke 12:13 threw 12:34...he says the only way we will get extra food is if it is biblical and I can prove it...anyone know of any scriptures where its ok to stock up on stuff?

you need to qualify that statement with truth, that truth being that nobody goes into the lake of fire until AFTER they've been taught all truth during the Millinneum Age forthcoming, and AFTER they've been tested once again at the end of said AGE.

My child, I say to My children that mankind relies too much upon himself and it is there that you become the victim of your own sinfulness. Heed to the Commandments My children for they are your entrance into the kingdom.

I weep today My children but it is those who are failing to heed to My warnings that will weep tomorrow. The winds of spring will turn into the rising dust of summer as the world will begin to look more like a desert.

Before mankind is able to change the calendar of this time you will have witnessed the financial collapse. It is only those who heed to My warnings that will be prepared. The North will attack the South as the two Koreas become at war with each other.

Jerusalem will shake, America will fall and Russia will unite with China to become Dictators of the new world. I plead in warnings of love and mercy for I am Jesus and the hand of justice is soon to prevail.
