Are specific groups of people targeted for extinction, for instance: the elderly, disabled, and unemployed?

I thought that would be a better question than asking where the safest places were. Thanks. . That is easy. California, Florida, Texas, Hawaii and Arkansas. I'm only answering this from a United States perspective. Nebraska is next on the list. What states are the best to live in if one can't leave America?
