I really did skip the earlier posts about some names or associations. The point always seems to be that certain folk throw a few names into the mix and stand back to see what ferments. This really isn´t good enough. I want to see you present a case against Dan Burisch that has some degree of substance to it.

I have some real worries regarding a movie.

As most would agree the people that make movies are in it to make money. There´s nothing wrong with that, but it means that the movie must draw viewers (whether it be at a Cinema or on TV) in order to make said money.

Now if you consider movies based on true events, most are filled with inaccuracies or ´artistic license´. Think JFK, A Beautiful Mind, heck even the Pilot for the X-Files was proceeded by ´Based on True Events´.

In short it is highly unlikely that you will get a movie that is the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. The aim of a movie is to attract the widest possible audience, which may mean embellishment - For example to add action to the film - or simplification - To remove the more complex issues that would confuse a wide section of the audience.

If the movie is just designed as a hook to draw peoples attention to the saga, all well and good, but looking at the biggest box office films, and the way Hollywood has treated true stories in the past, I have my doubts that we´ll find many answers in it.

Some have said, “wait a minute…. a lot of people in the world wont have access to the film.”

Sorry, but that’s how it is. However……

The majority of people that will have access will choose to disbelieve

The majority of people that wont have access already live as if the worlds suffered a catastrophe, they are the ones that stand the best chance of survival.

Most of the worlds remoter people already work on the belief in their own prophesies (strange how so many coincide). These people will have their warnings without Dans film.

Language barrier comes into play too of course.
