- harassement and gang rapes of women
- death sentence for homossexuals

- poligamy

They later said they suspected he would send coded messages to his associates if the court hearing was open. It´s a bit thin but on the other hand since he brags about how this massacre was for publicity and how eager he is to disseminate his theories, it makes perfect sense to deny him that as much as possible.
