TR-3B... uses Dr. Ning Li's gravity canceling device. I've posted about here it before. Research "taming gravity" and to power it they use the "liquid helium cooled modular reactor" created by a joint effort with the soviets supposedly to rid them of the plutonium since this reactor will "consume" the fuel without left over bi-products like current reactors.
