Ok, then why are the most magnetic bodies in the known universe also extremely active emitters of electromagnetic radation?

Magnetic Neutron Star (Magnetar)

[link to en.wikipedia.org]

A magnetar is a type of neutron star with an extremely powerful magnetic field, the decay of which powers the emission of copious amounts of high-energy electromagnetic radiation

I made the connection between electricity and magnetism on the first page.

"A moving current of electrons produces a magnetic field. The electric force and magnetic force are one in the same: The electromagnetic force"

I don't understand what you are implying.

If a mass has a high magnetic field and you propose that this would prevent EM emissions from escaping the body into the ambient environment, then would it not stand to reason that the stellar bodies with the strongest magnetic fields emit the least amount of EM?

In other words, you cannot propose that a brown dwarf cannot be seen due to it's magnetic field, if the most magnetic stars known to astrophysics are quite active EM emitters... does this logic not penetrate deeply into the heart of what you are trying to get at?

Are you implying that a Magnetar is of the same composition and has the same magnetic field/structure as a Brown Dwarf?

"The magnetar itself is not visible at this wavelength, but it has been seen in X-ray light."

[link to en.wikipedia.org]

I don't see your argument, Magnetar has an exceptionally strong Magnetic field and cannot be seen at standard wavelengths.
 Quoting: Practically ET

I'm implying that the situation is more complicated that your statements which seem to simply that a strong magnetic field has a direct relationship to a stellar body's EM emissions.
