Been at that level 1-2 years ago. Now I've learned to be distant, as you will too. Whenever I'm upset or something, I just un-focus my eyes and get fascinated by all this amazing energy in the air. Relaxing and promising...  this IS the most maddening thing about it! i have careful constructed my daily life in a way to avoid over-stimulation among others. to the point of damn near straight loneliness and isolation at times. the most frustrating part is i'm not upset about ANTHING!!! until someone else is. hahaha i guess i should've learned some better defenses than isolation. :( Isolation and loneliness is required for most of us now - a way to grow secure and strong. :) well, that definitely reassuring for my path. :) at least when i go out i can spread the love in between dodging others projected feelings. ;P I am experiencing a new 'ability' in the past few weeks...while I ride along in the car with my husband, it takes about a half hour of winding Ozark hills to get to town, I can focus on individual farm houses and 'sense' the mood of the inhabitants. I know it sounds crazy, but I can even 'smell' the house clearly in my nose...some places are VERY disturbing, but, of course, I never stop and confirm my feelings.
Smells and odors have really started to wake up my memories...
