Supposedly the difference between the two was that the Japanese camera could not resolve the finer details of the lunar surface and, thus, the Nazi debris is absent as a consequence.........supposedly.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1492496Get real... how could NASA have produced a picture in 1971 -- from a position clearly on the lunar surface unless they were there -- and something had to be there because the Jap satellite has photographed the same lunar surface landscape -- although at a distance and not in the same detail.
