Organic products don't have the problem but processed products do. Food poisoning come from man tampering with organic foods that are already good for consumption.
Look up how to make kefir, You put milk and the culture in a jar and let it sit at room temperature for days or weeks to let it ferment and then drink it, people have been doing it for hundreds of years.
In fact people have been eating raw foods for thousands of years and still do.

Raw milk(if the animal is fed with green grass only) is abundant in the good bacteria that eat the bad bacteria, pasteurisation just kills both.
Again, people need good bacteria in their digestive track to live, 90-95% good bacteria in the digestive track is good and less than 90% and You will get sick.
