I drank about 5 or 6 big bottle of 'LEO' 5%

Sitting in a mom and pop bar here in northern Thailand as the only customer with my Thai 'fiance'.

I estimate recovery of my senses in about 5 hours.

As luck would have it, I managed NOT TO GET MARRIED YESTERDAY.

Thank god they require proof of being single from the British Embassy 400 miles away...

Funny thing is, is that if I drink my fill of malt liquor or strong beer I feel hung over as fuck.

But if I drink liquor and call it a night I can deal the next day.

Maybe alot of flouride in the beer?

Thai beer is nasty shit. (No offense meant to the two richest families here in Thailand - brewery owners both).

I swear I can taste methylated spirits in Chang Beer sometimes. I know of two people who have OD'd on Thai Beer.

I know they say coffee only makes hangovers worse.
Temples are pounding.

BUT... I have managed to design a kick arse brochure for my little company here in Thailand. Strange that it took a killer hangover to get the creativity going.

Haven't up chucked. but the heat here is oppressive.

The question remains, when my fiance returns will she have pity on me, bearing gifts of hangover remedies and goodies... or just rub salt in my wounds...

Inflation eh?! Hangovers are a cheap commodity here.

** NEWSFLASH **

The Thai fiance has arrived home bearing gifts.

Spicy Sausage Balls, ginger and chilli
Pancakes with banana and cream
Apple tart
Pasta and Carbonara sauce.
Yakult yogurt drink.

This is why I love my Thai fiance!! Even if she is 7 years past her sell by date (which is 30 in Thailand - so the Thai women think anyway)
