Derek, I'll be praying for you, but you need to clean your body up and stop polluting it with chemicals. And that includes prescription garbage, too. You CAN'T think properly when you're wasted. No, I'm not infringing on anybody else's right to DO whatever...just giving YOU advise since you obviously can't handle that stuff. Whether others can is their issue, not mine.  the only problem with giving up the stuff is that i get suicidal and isolation is next stop where it leads to psychosis for me. its happened before to me. I've struggled with depression in the past, I recently have been going through some anxiety attacks(no fun). It feels horrible. It probably isn't what you're going through but I feel I can relate somewhat. I think the best thing you can do is to talk to others about it. I'm not talking doctors, I mean real people in your life. It always seems to help me.
