.  WHY is the website now rerouting over to this ? " Russian legislative election, 2007 " I hate elections. Tsar Vladimir should appoint all officials. . It's not? It did for me. I had never been to that page before ever... but the Oct 28 website just transferred me there. Anyone who knows me, knows I love Vladimir Putin and I hate democracy. Here is the page I was rerouted to [this page came up but the address bar still said "October 28th, 2011."] [ link to en.wikipedia.org] .
