This is what happens when a society does not allow their citizens to protect their property with firearms. The possession of firearms by business owners and ordinary citizens, as well as police force will usually put a stop to this BS rather quickly. An example of this was in Korea Town Los Angeles back in the 70's when the Blacks tried to loot the stores. All the Korean business owners showed up at their stores with shotguns and 9mm to put a stop to the rampage.
