Am from London grew up in the ghetto's I used to live in a 14 story tower block surrounded by crack dealers for most of my childhood, I understand how it all works and this is out of character, the way it is spreading the way that it is mainly kids, as I said above yea there is a criminal element yes and that is to be expected but the kids are losing there minds, walk up your high st and see what I mean.
