Yes you can make it yourself easily with 2 pieces of pure (fine) silver wire or pure coins 99.9% + pure. Use distilled water as it has a low conductivity which produces a small current flow and very small sized nano particles of silver. Find an old DC phone charger as the power source or some other adapter that plugs in the wall and gives you a DC output of at least 9 volts. More voltage will cause the product to be made faster but will take several hours when using distilled water.
