The system shown above is making relatively little ionic silver. At a rate of one PPM per minute ions are combining and discharging at the anode and forming large particles. It will still be colloidal silver, but not ionic. The relatively large particles will cause it to have a yellow tinge. Ionic silver will be clear and stable. The incandescent bulb is preventing the runaway problem but is still allowing way too much current to flow. If you want to make ionic silver, you have to allow time for the ions to make their way through the diffusion area. The CSG 1 takes from 3 to 5 HRS to make 10 to 15 PPM clear and ionic colloidal silver.
