I find this Gyotu Monks chant helps open me up. By the time the Second Harmonic is chimed, I'm usually tuned again.




Here's a little step by step tuning guide that seems ok. Remember-- Heart Chakra can also be pink. Sometimes swirls of green and pink together.

I hope some of this helps. I was tuned in 2000 by a Master who is the last person to call herself such. People heard my back fall into place several feet away, as she healed and tuned me. It takes very little to get in tune now, although I have Root Chakra issues-- lack of physical/spiritual partner.

Back in May, my dear friend Ellen was dying of a very rare cancer. I spent nights in Hospice with her, as she suffered. I would get myself tuned, and then when I was in harmony, I would begin laying on of hands. Within a few minutes, her breathing became less labored, and a calm would come over her. Heart to Heart, I made a connection with her, and when I needed to come back home to Tennessee, I was able to reach out remotely to continue relieving her suffering. Her sister and her best friend, who shared the night vigils with me, would call later-- they knew how long my sessions lasted from being there with me. They knew that I was awake, and sending energy to her, as she would mumble a bit, open her eyes looking for me, and then fall into calm. I don't know how I did it. Even my cats are benefiting from my attunement, as I lay my hands on them as well.


All I know is that once you're tuned, you're tuned for life. It takes very little to maintain it. Opening outward to assist others takes much more of something I cannot explain. Perhaps it is love and concern for others. Losing the SELF, and opening to the SELFLESS. I don't know.

My assumption is that any kind of actual "master" would stay well away from a site like this, as this is really not a conductive place for any kind of spiritual practice.. There are plenty of sites for that sort of thing though, so surely they are out there!

Four years ago, my cat, Mountain Girl, had two BB-sized bladder stones, that were resisting the Vet's antibiotics. He didn't have any other solutions to her problem, so I started the reiki on her intensively. She's not a cuddly type cat at all-- very independent, but she seemed to enjoy the sessions, and would lay there calmly for as long as I needed with her.

A week later, she was due for a follow-up, and another X-ray. The stones weren't just diminished-- they were completely gone, and she's never had another problem like that.

The Doctor had no explanation of how they disappeared so quickly, as they were too big to pass, and he had expected months of treatment.

Reiki works.

I was raised in a very strict Religious household. My parents sent me to Catholic School, and the whole thing. After the crazy people started invading and taking over our church, I tried just about every other church and religion, and realized they all fell short of where "God" is, mainly because of the dogma and rites that each religion demands.

It keeps us from truly being one with that Universal Energy. I am much happier and far more healthy now that I ditched Religion. I haven't forgotten my Christian background, I just don't need intercessors or groups of judgmental fools around me any more to be fully in touch with "God."

My personal experience:

A good practitioner will definitely calm your energies.
My father when he was in the last, terminal stages of his cancer received Reiki.

He was in noticeable discomfort before he received the treatment but afterward he would be noticeably calmer and would sleep soundly. At this point in time he was basically in a comatose state and could not speak, but one can obviously tell from the face (grimacing, scowling, tearing of eyes, etc) when someone is in pain and not in pain (calm facial expression, closed eyes, sleeping).

Additionally, the practitioner noted that as my father neared death his energy was farther and farther outside of his body. This meant that the practitioner laid hands on my father at a greater and greater distance to work on his energy, initially an inch perhaps, then towards the end around 2-3 inches away from the body. (Never directly touching the body)



Reiki is real and you can catch a glimpse of the basics right now at your desk. Close your eyes and put your hands together but leave a 3-4 inch gap, like you are holding a small honeydew melon or ball. Move your hands apart and closer together slowly and you will feel a 'bubble'. Size is different for everyone.

You must focus and not 'look for it', you must gradually realize it is there. You will feel an invisible resistance, like when you put two magnets together of the same polarity.

This is your energy and Reiki operates at this level.

reiki/prana are just labels for spiritual healing. people define reiki/prana/chi as life force. in reality spiritual healing involves the transmutation of emotional, spiritual and celestial energies (suck out the darkness, transmute and replace it with spiritual/celestial energies).

the energies that we channel during healing sessions are not reiki/prana/chi. there are countless different energies used, some are purely spiritual and some are celestial.

the best healers are intuitive, they don't use books, diagrams or labels. you can just stand over someone's body and channel the energy. you don't even need to think, just feel. some people start at the base chakra and work their way up to the crown. some people just stand over or near the body (you can also do this from distant locations) without even thinking of which chakras or types of energy they are working with. some people need to use charts and diagrams thinking that their mind is actually regulating which energies and chakras are being worked on. kinesiology uses muscle testing to ask the body what it wants done, scanning through using a process of elimination.

pretty off topic but can anyone tell me what this might be?

every time i say something evil, i get a really weird feeling, almost similar to an adrenaline rush but it only lasts half a second. my vision slightly blurs and i get a strange rush of emotion. this usually happens right before i say something evil. whatever i say, i usually say it strangely, because thoughts go to "wtf just happened to me?" instead of thinking what im saying.

ive also read (reading does not = believing) that evil spirits reproduce themselves through humans' evil thoughts and words

because it is normal it is the same as that blurry feeling i guess.

it is funny sometimes when you get somewhere with it that goes faster.

or it will take longer or not i don't know it is funny sometimes anyway.

I can often get "downloads" and intuitively know/sense an issue. I will then ask or test and get a positive response. I mostly use kinesiology on self for remote or on the body directly with another. It can be fairly accurate.

the source of your sensation is your higher self

evil spirits do not exist, only people with corrupt belief systems containing elements of fear programming and paranoia believe this. when faced with the truth angelic beings will disguise themselves as evil spirits in order to test people's faith in the divine order of all things and to give them a chance to tear down these old belief systems and their associated superstition/paranoia.

on other occasions these corrupt belief systems produce neagtive thought forms in the mental realms of the astral (illusions). when faced with truth these negative thought-forms will manifest as energy giving people the chance to transmute/dematerialize them. unfortunately the majority of people are cowards and are not prepared to let go of their old beliefs. at least some people have the balls and are prepared to face the truth, unfortuantley the masses do not listen to these people

thanks calin! am a big fan of kinesiology, especially when used in combination with intuition :)

you can't expect everyone to fully trust and rely on intuition alone, it is very difficult. but people rely on structured processes too much and their big ego's get in the way

If we believe we are victims, we will surely believe we are being attacked by someone else or an outside entity. It is easier to believe you are not the cause of the "disturbance" or have no control and to blame an outside source.

Everything just is. It is our judgement of something that makes it so. Be careful what you attach your beliefs to. Thoughts become things. If you believe in evil or malicious entities, you can certainly experience them. Hold love in the heart - for when you hold love, no evil or "dark" may enter.

Everyone has the power to heal themselves... be it emotional or physical. We hold great power. Use that power and ability for benefit and with love. It is you r thinking that holds the key to everything you experience. watch your thoughts. Be aware of them. When you are thinking incorrectly, stop or change your focus.

Remove fear based thinking and you will experience only more joy and happiness.

I think you are going a little too far. Sure those evil spirits just play their role. But you could say the same of some part of negative oriented here on earth. Heck, even the whole all universe is playing a Grand Play.

It doesnt mean they do not exist. They surely exists. Evil exist. Sure they were good spirit that took the bad role, but some are fallen too. And about letting go, everybody has his own right timing. Majority of people are cowards? They are only human. Have a little more tolerance for your fellow countrymen, aren't we all One? You were probably like they are a few lifetime before.

They are learning at their own pace, and they will become co-creator eventually. It is just a matter of time. We all grow ball in time. We all self-correct.
