Linton Johnson fails. I did not get to catch the whole interview, but the man tried to say that they acted within the constitutional rights of of the people of California by shutting down cell service. In the portion I caught he first tried to argue that if they hadn't done that, and that the protestors "posed a threat to our customers" and asked "would we be answering different hard questions if we hadn't, and somebody had glass break on them, or got knocked down on to the track?". He went on to blame the protestors, saying that they shut down the cell service with their actions.

The dude was all over the place. Sounded like he failed while trying to use different aspects of the California Constitution to argue against a different aspect of it.

Figured I would throw it out there that BART is actively trying to cover their asses, and failing miserably. I also noticed that the little place for notes below the dudes name said that "They'd act within the constitution" regarding how they handle any future protests.

I'd reckon this guy needs some phone calls, calling him on the b.s. I may just call him and let him know that his logic is beyond flawed, and he just did the equivalent of shooting himself in the foot.
I'm just a figment of your imagination ;-)
