The media has totally ignored Ron Paul, he came in a close 2nd behind bachman in the Ames Straw poll and he was virtually ignored, along with the fact that bachman gave away 4,000 tickets to supporters. The dying mainstream whore media has lost all credibility.... Additional Details after reading some of these responses I realize that America is doomed. Bunch of brainwashed dolts who cannot think for themselves. One guy thinks if ron paul is elected then people will be 'starving'...what do you call 48 million people with link cards genius? Cantankerous by Cantanke... Ron paul's policies would result in homeless starving elderly and massive childhood illiteracy. He's a fringe candidate for college kids who haven't thought it through yet. Teekno by Teekno That's OK... voters who take a long look at his record and his positions ignore him too. Wayne by Wayne becaues he has no chance of winning Andrew by Andrew Because the majority of the media is liberal and Ron Paul isn't. * Tim by Tim Because the media is paid off corporation propaganda artists. News programming,get it? News "PROGRAMMING" Bolide ⌡shinning bacon of hope...⌠ by Bolide ⌡shinning bacon of hope..... Straw polls are meaningless (especially seeing how Bachmann and Paul bought their results); In the typical Presidential election there are upward of 600 officially announced "candidates", there would be no point in covering every Tom, Dick, and Harry who in some way "announced", you gotta pay the most attention to the candidates who actually matter. Paul has a small but devoted following which will not grow significantly, he will never muster enough support to matter in the Republican nominating process. Just another sideshow attraction. Ralph B This question is asked several times a day on this site. It was faux news that held the debate last week that almost ignored Paul. Don't use your tired mainstream media rhetoric - faux news won't cover Paul. faux news wrote him off. Write faux news and ask why they ignored Paul. After all faux news is a Republican cable outlet! If it was cloudy in your neighborhood today, blame the media! I think America is totally fucked. I do believe that there will be another civil war in this country. People who believe in liberty, freedom, etc. will be cast as terrorists. There are too many people in this country dependent on (welfare) our govt. Also, too many people who actually believe that they have a 'voice' when they vote. It's so sad to see so many people that are just......'stupid'

Check out these answers actually there was an article the other day on yahoo news regarding Ron Paul and going through the first 100 or so comments majority were in support so it depends.

Check out these answers Yeah, those answers are stupid. But I also think bitching about welfare is stupid. The problem is not foreigners or welfare. The problem is the rich stealing from government, getting way to expensive contracts awarded and creating tax loopholes that are very unfair. It is the rich who don't mind the fed, who did the mortgage fraud and who wage wars. Conservatives have to get it through their thick skull that they should stop blaming powerless poor or low income people. We cannot imprison or kill the poor, we can easily provide some welfare. We just cannot sustain rich people and corporation being exempt from paying taxes and ripping of the treasury. Not all rich are bad, but special interests is about rich interests. Their lobbyist create most of the problems. Especially when those lobbyist actually become politicians. Cutting of welfare would not have stopped the cost of war or the enrichment from the mortgage fraud. The debt would probably be not much lower. This hasn't got a lot to do with RP. But not seeing this is why others than RP are more welcome as conservative candidates. They bitch about the wrong things and many conservatives seem to fall for it.
