I endured chicken pox. Measles and mumps too. Big f'in deal, I got a few days off school for each one, felt like shit for maybe one day in each case.

However, due to the high rate of serious adverse effects, the vaccine will only be made available to the CDC (a part of the United States Department of Health and Human Services) for the Strategic National Stockpile. [2] [3] Those side effects include DEATH. The vaccine effectiveness has never even been studied. Are you going to go get your smallpox vaccine now? Or take your chances? Not now there is no need NO, why? because Smallpox was eradicated due to a vaccination programme back in the 60s - I was one of those that received that vaccination as was millions of other people and it was due to those vaccinations that Smallpox WAS eradicated, it did not disappear on its own you know! There is a theory that Smallpox will be used as a biological weapon - strange that, because all Smallpox vaccinations were stopped, therefore a vast number of people on this planet have not been vaccinated against it. Think outside the box. And I don't even know if I had a smallpox vaccination. I grew up in the 60's, so maybe so. It was well known then that smallpox was bad news, whereas measles, mumps and chicken pox were normal childhood diseases that everyone (more or less) went through. Mumps parties for girls. Because it's OK when you're a girl but bad news for the fetus if you get it later when you're carrying a baby. But it's just distraction to say one should vaccinate for low-risk illnesses because there happens to be another much worse one that could be an issue -- even though it's not. Yes there are things that can cause lots of death. But the things we're now vaccinating for mostly are not worth the risks of the shot.
