I'm going to stop swearing as from today, in fact as from now. I swear too much even in front of kids, it's lazy and a short cut for not articulating what I want to say. It makes me look dumb, stupid and feel drained of positive energy......
Anyone else want to join me, apparently it's just a bad habit that can be broken.

So far so good, I really have had to stay focused and slowdown my thinking so I can find the words, life is so full on sometimes swearing for me has become a lazy shorthand
