I opened up my pastures (back when I had them) for horses, etc. ( actually had a couple of llamas once and an emu) after Katrina.

Some people want to evacuate their horses as well.

think about that. alot of people in Biloxi and Gulf Port said the same thing!!

We have horses on our property as well. Anyone with horses that needs to evacuate are welcome to bring their livestock. We have a barn with a stall for smaller livestock if anyone has sheep, goats or pigs.

Kindness to strangers in need takes precidence over fear. If the wrong people are attracted to our place because of this offer, we will just dispose of them on the "back 40" as they say. I will not let fear keep me from helping a neighbor in need. My faith is stronger than fear will allow. (Plus we have guns! lol)
