Okay just an observation but I thought it was worth putting out there.

Two different earthquakes within a day of each other.
Okay check the pages linked below.
Check the distances chart for each of the links and here it is:
Magnitude 5.3 - COLORADO
290 km (180 miles) S of DENVER, Colorado
2+9=11/ 1+8=9 11/9 EleNin ElevenNine Savvy...
and low and behold
Magnitude 5.8 - VIRGINIA
29 km (18 miles) NE (45°) from Columbia, VA
2+9=11 / 1+8=9 11/9 EleNin ElevenNine

And one more thing check this out notice 28km is 18miles on this page of the earlier quake that struck Virginia.
So I decided to check and 18 miles equals 29 km's.
