RAMALLAH (Ma’an) -- Chinese Middle East envoy Wu Sike announced his country’s full support on Wednesday for the Palestinian UN bid for recognition in September.

Secretary-General of the Presidency At-Tayeb Abdul Rahim met with the Chinese envoy in the presidential headquarters in Ramallah on Wednesday.

Abdul Rahim briefed the envoy on the latest political situation in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict as Sike stated that the Chinese leadership and people support the Palestinian people and their cause.
