Do you think it is safe to swim in the ocean?
I'm not talking about sharks or other harmful species. With the BP oil spoil, continuing oil leaks and the radiation leak from Japan, is the ocean still safe? I am thinking about moving closer to the coast. I have a daughter who loves the ocean, but really do not know if, it is safe for her. I would not be able to keep her from the water, she loves it too much. Doesn't nature have a way of renewing itself?

Nature can renew itself but it takes time and the people are destroying faster than the earth can renew. I'm sure short periods of time would be safe but I would stay out of the Gulf.
