The one I found comes from the right and shoots out straight ahead of the ISS and is white. Read my post, then check it out. You might have to close the red information box that pops up on the video to get a clear look at it. Last Edited by Element5541 on 08/26/2011 06:36 PM |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 1297814 Germany 08/26/2011 06:41 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | After seeing that first UFO video of Hurricane Irene, I wanted to watch all the footage, to see if it was in the original. I noticed something interesting upon looking closely at some of the footage. Look up at the NASA logo area around the 19 or 20 second mark of this footage from Sky News. There are two objects that fly past the ISS. At first I thought it might be reflections (and it could still be) being picked up from moving the camera, but the movement and size of both objects suggest otherwise. They shrink in size as if they are covering distance and getting smaller as they get further away from the ISS. If it were a reflection I'm not quite sure if it would give off this type of effect. Plus, if the light was moving along a wall behind the camera, the band of light would most likely get stretched out and grow in size. Similar to you pointing a laser pointer at the wall and moving the light across it. As the light gets further away (if you are facing the wall), the dot actually grows and starts looking like a stretched out oval. Quoting: Element5541 wow okay i got it !!! yep my vid was only zoomed in and slowmow big thx for this!!! :kirk: |

I was just watching the video and noticed something fly passed the camera a couple times and thought it was just me being tired...lol. Played it back and thought it was quite strange. It could be nothing at all, but it's interesting nonetheless. |
