He looks kinda weak as he climbs up to what may be one of the security cams. (Don't think there is a camera man as it's very stationary).

I get the impression he is pointing to the people (owners) watching the footage as he is saying "YOU, you are responsible for all this"

I read somewhere that he might be part of a crew working on the live video feed equipment...that pointing like that helps set depth of field or something along those lines.
