What I found most interesting about this message was that part about preparing and knowing it is not for you. My husband and family can attest to this but the last two years, I have gardened and canned all the provisions from that garden. Both years I have felt the Lord place it on my heart to know that the food I was putting up was not for us but for those that will come or that may find our provisions. I have told this to my husband repeatedly and not really understood why I felt that way...just call it a "knowing" that I have had.

Regardless, it is my prayer that should our provisions be for others, that God receive all the praise for meeting their needs by my efforts!
