Is meditating prohibited by god ... I have this problem see !!

I will be coming back to this thread later on tonight. Hope it gets the information it deserves.

hope so i need some advice as some stuff is happening , and i hear of lot of so called believer's meditating etc ...

but god specifically warns us not to mess with the occult , becuase he wants us to be simple , we are not meant to have these power's its those very powers and worshipping the stars that gave the fallen angles there power and came here in the first place . and demonic infiltration ...

im just confused as is to what is occult a woman telling your fortune by contacting spirit's is , so is meditation the same thing ....

but im very interested in what is happening to me at night and it only happen's whilst these time's of supposedly brainwaves occur so i cant be mad ...

It´s dangerous to follow "something" in meditation which is about nothingness.

Meditation is kind of a broad term. . .when I meditate (and I don't even call it that) it's nothing more than "be still and know that I am God" (Psalm 46). What kind of meditation are you referring to?

No, there is no scripture I have ever heard or read that says meditation is wrong. In my opinion, God may encourage it. It just depends what your meditating on. If it's on God, or your life, I wouldn't see how god would have any problem.
but that's just my opinion.

well years ago in school this weird woman came in once and had the hole class shut there eyes start thinking of fields and the grass and the sun etc ... next thing i was away with the fairies ... but the weird thing is after that little thing in school i would be at my home after school in my bedroom and i just cant rememeber how this happened and it happened a few times .

But id feel like i woke up all of a sudden and id be sat there with my legs crossed in this kinda meditation persision and id think what the hell happened and ig go down stair and there would be like 3 hours of time added on and outside was dark , this happened a few times but never till after thaT WOMAN IN SCHOOL ...

So i was thinking to do it again , sit there leg crossed try get into that state i did years ago and try to seek god try to contact him or what ever is visiting at night ...

Why would you - are you bored much?

look no one is doing my thinking for me , but iff you went through the time i did with these demons or what ever they were , i want to make sure what is classed as the occult im desperately trying to seek god and find out what it's all about , and am i on the right path

It may just be you have a "door" that was opened and needs to be shut. Especially if you were a kid when it started, this should be a relatively easy fix. Pray for ungodly doors to be shut, forbid access by anything unclean or ungodly. If you want this business to stop, it's gonna have to stop.

I am not an atheist. Anyway, your channeling other entities is in no way kind of meditation. Don´t lie to yourself.

no but this is what i mean , the demons and the total terror has gone it went after i begged and prayed and kinda came born again , this is completely different , i feal no fear what so ever ...i dont want it to stop i want to find god or what ever it is and find out what is required , do i go with it , am i gona be shown something am i being prepared for rapture ...

i do a bit of trolling but i swear its all a bit of fun on here , in real life im a nice guy i just have a fucked up mindset due to a traumatic life ...

im not channeling anything , iff i am how ... listen you can call this what ever you want but i dont feel its bad , they were bad , but i was saved from that hell of them ... this is not that , i would get up my heart was coming out of my chest i was piss wet through in sweat i could see shadows like out of the film ghost , the fear is like nothing i can explain , ive had a gun at my head where my friend was shot and that was NOTHING compared to what was tormenting me ...

the point im getting to is this is not the same this is peaceful , feels warm , feels good ....as iff something is either coming or im being prepared for something ...

These are my experiences. Yours may be different.


Meditation is lovely for balancing yourself and finding out who YOU really are. But it might be very difficult to get into the state you speak of while sleeping. I wake up quite regularly in the "drifting" state and sometimes I have full on sleep paralysis. During this state the soul is able to leave the body and Astral Project. Some entities will see you in this state and call your name to come with them. Some are old friends that are happy to see you again. Some are not. Have no fear and nothing can harm you. But harbor the frequency of fear and malevolent entities will match your fear and increase it. But they can't hurt you physically. Spend enough time in fear of them, though, and you may hurt yourself physically.

Next time you are in this state just try focusing on Love and imagine yourself drifting out of your body. Once out you will know who is friendly and who is not. But no fear. You are more powerful than you think.

So how do you exactly meditate on god's word , say the 10 commandment's over and over , talk to god as iff he is there , or go down the meditation route of the sun the grass the deep breaths ten try to reach god , this is what was strange in the past , i want to have a spiritually connection with god , id like to be contacted by him and ask what is required of me , am i on the right track .

im bored with this crap i want to reach out of this material realm , life almost torture's me daily now ... the stress , the bill's , the wickedness , the murder , the killing , im just tired as hell of it i want to find something better IE ..god

this is how it's starting to change me something is happening , i no longer fear , i no longer care tbh ... i just want to find god , how do you meditate to get in this state you do ...

But meditation is different. It´s emptying oneself from imagination, thoughts, feelings - bad or good. Just saying that you know.

As further mentioned above...Be Still and know that I Am God
(that's in the Bible)
and also in the Bible is this: The Kingdom of Heaven is Within....and that means to go inside (meditate)
Make sure you put up protection before you meditate though as it sounds like you find meditation easy to do...any protection is fine...surrounding yourself with prayer..a bubble ... calling on the angels etc...
There's plenty of Christian meditations around..that should give you some ideas
Youre worrying about nothing...with your mind firmly set on God...you cant go far wrong

To get where I have gotten I had to empty my cup. I had to admit I KNOW NOTHING. That meant eliminating everything from my idea of God that I learned from man. That left me with nothing.

This makes it easier to truly allow Godly experiences to happen. If you have a preconceived idea you will deny an experience because it doesn't fit your notion. So an empty cup is helpful.

My meditation consists of sitting cross legged with my hands folded in my lap, but position isn't important. Hang like a bat if you feel.

I then observe my breathing. Nothing more. Nothing less. Observe it, but do not regulate it. Allow your mind to only observe. If you are breathing through one nostril then observe it, but don't interact with it. Observe your breathing and let your mind sit in the moment watching the body you are in breathe. This, over time, will begin to separate you from your body. This is the beginning of realizing your true nature. I can give you step by step details, but I already know that your experience will be different.

Start with observance and keep your mind one pointed. The rest is up to you and I PROMISE you will figure it out.

As for waking up in that state at night and hearing your name. Don't move when you awake. Ignore your body. Let it lie completely limp and relaxed. Then focus on the inner sensations (tingling, waves, etc) and imagine yourself floating to the ceiling. Don't interact with your body at all.

Eventually you will break free and leave the body. At that point you can decide whether you want to pursue the entity calling your name. You will feel it's intentions while in your astral body. Stay fearless, friend. It is your ultimate weapon.


Also, yes, I seek God. Everyday I seek. But inward has yielded better results than outward.

holy shit pal ... this is what im feeling like im gona leeve my body but maybe fear or something doesn't want to for fear of leaving my kids or thinking i wont come back and it is always something there do i try go with this thing ? or is that just some kind of confusion ?

I had that sleep thing happen to me all the time and kept fighting it. I had the same fear as you (that I would die and leave my family). But, one day, I just said fine and let it happen. It was the best decision I could make. You will not die and you will not leave your family. In fact, you may not want to come back because of what you experience, but you HAVE to.

So don't fear anything. God created all of this and fear only comes from lacking the full understanding of somethings purpose.

Go with it, friend.


And, by inwardly, I meant that my idea of God, before meditation, was based off of things I read, heard or had taught to me from other men. They told me the nature of God according to them or others and asked me to live through THEIR experience. Then they insisted that I avoid certain things so as to limit MY experience. This was an outward idea of God and it was not something intimately formed between God and Myself.

So I threw away all those things I "knew" and decided I knew nothing for certain. Then I started meditating and learning from myself. I learned that I already had the answers. Discover Your True Self and you will discover God.

No book, no man, no doctrine and no law can replace the necessity of finding God by going through yourself. You can find out a lot about a person by what they build. God made you and you can find him through that.

Finding God does not mean holding a certain belief and then finding out if you were right when you die. It means Knowing right now from true intimate experience.

That being said, I have A LOT to learn.
