Vehicles going at the speed of light existed a long time ago already and Are Used by Some Governments.

Same thing for Mind Control Technology.

The thing is, Governments cannot release any information on this because this would cause Murderers, Rapists, Etc to abuse this kind of technology to do what they want to do.

What can destroy a vehicle going at the speed of light?
There might be currently no security against this kind of vehicle.
What If everyone had access to mind control technology?

Most of this alien technology you see are used by the Governments and not by Aliens.

Giving Public access to those technology will give everyone access to Power and Money in this world.
You could steal,kill,rape, do whatever you want with this technology.That's what the governments do not want and of course, no one else wants that.
