Impending False Flag? FAA shuts down on September 16, 2011?

On August 5th, the US Government had the option to extend the FAA funding for a year or more. Instead, they only choose to extend the funding until September 16th. Is there something more to this, bearing in mind that there's considerable concern about another 9/11 false-flag type event.

During 9/11, all air travel was shut down.

Heard at NASA: "Abandon Ship!". So do you really think folks at nasa are stupid enough to cancel the shuttle program and have no backup other than quality russian spacecraft (no offense, Ivan) to commute to the ISS?
Don't be ridiculous. They're aren't that incompetent. Be reasonably sure they knew it would become unsafe to occupy.
This wild claim (elenin breaking up) became necessary because people were raising an eyebrow over the abandonment of the ISS.

Here's a prediction. Next you'll hear of a temporary disruption in air travel. They'll have to close it down while the "solve some computer issues" with the air traffic control system.
