Maybe if the travellers were allowed more places to go to then they wouldn't have to gather in the same place all the time.
People should have the right to a nomadic lifestyle just as those who live in houses have the right to remain in the same place.
What gives anybody the right to say how people should live as long as they cause no harm to others?
