Quoting: weegie He was arrested for "public intoxication", but here in Texas they use that as an excuse to arrest people when they have no other reason to do so (if the cop just "thinks" or claims you *might* be intoxicated, off to jail you go, no proof required). So, do anything to piss off a cop and you are likely to be falsely arrested for public intoxication. On him not having a headlight, big deal, bikes have reflectors, so he was still safe. They just made that a requirment so they 'd have yet another excuse to stop people and fuck with them. |

I have been riding since I was about ten...he wouldn't listen and didn't have the skills and died.
