Interesting post but I'd still consider AIDS a disease in the same manor alcoholism is.

Rapid Tests are tests used in the US for ... Rapid testing! A blood test is later used to confirm "HIV" positive or negative.

The virus itself has a specific protein structure.

People die sooner of "AIDS" if they do not take medications and have tested "positive" for specific antibodies.

The virus has been isolated for years, hasn't it? I mean, if we know what it looks like...? If we know its gnome and such?

We can access risk factors and likelihood of contracting the virus to a degree. Though, I never really trusted statistics (besides, "It only takes one time!".

Again, Rapid Tests are done everyday in the US. Usually, they take only 15 minutes via a mouth swab or blood sample. Insurance salesmen have to give these tests.. as an HIV+ individual does not qualify for life insurance (at least here or at least the company I worked for).

This post is full of fallacies but makes for an interesting read!

I've hard so many stories about this and find it all interesting. One such story linked HIV to Rheumatoid arthritis (another autoimmune disease). Both of which appear to be "curable" by diet alone!

I don't think toxic drugs are good... Hence my diet remark LOL. But they help in many cases by getting your immune system all worked up and your liver gets extra active + these drugs I'll assume interact with specific receptors here and there (T-cells and the like).

I'll watch the videos though. I do try to have an open mind.. Just don't want my brain to fall out!

Very Interesting! I have a 'friend' who has been a junkie since 11, contracted HIV at 18 and utterly refused treatment

He is now 26, 2 years clean and has one of the healthiest babies I'v seen (4 months old). At the hospital one of the nurses talked him in to getting some "general tests" done as he had not been to a doctor since he was diagnosed with HIV.

Well when the tests came back, Negative! The doctor told him he was very lucky, he has heard of it before, and that its just very rare and lucky


This was news that, whilst great to hear, confused us both heavily! Next time I see him I will be asking if he knows of anyone else he use to know who either refused mainstream treatment and is living, or accepted and is now not.



Seems our government was not to fond of adopting it early on either

Excellent thread OP. I was aware of this 20 years ago and it simply amazes me that not much has changed in general populace since, same sheep. The other thread on gamers find AIDS cure is laughable.

I watched the first video, with the doctor and thought.. Hes f***** nuts. Then I ended watching the youtube one (high res LOL) and half way threw... I didn't realize the various definitions and always thought western blot was accurate and definitive (within reason)!

I've always tested negative but now I have to question am I? Does it matter? What about all suppressed immune systems and disorders? WTF?!?!

Now, I even have a hypothesis going about why an immune system might be compromised often in homosexual men (who has historical been the most problematic of cases) and it doesn't have ANYTHING to do with virus loads but a load of a different sort. I'm sure I'll mention it next time I post, but for now I want to get back to the documentaries and eventually make some phone calls to a friend who knows a hell of a lot more than I do about the human body.

This thread is absolute bullshit, and dangerous bullshit at that.

Viral RNA from an HIV positive patient can be extracted from their blood and amplified via PCR to estimate the concentration on HIV (the viral load) in the bloodstream. There is a high (though imperfect) correlation between viral load and the rate at which CD4 immune cell populations decline, and when CD4 cell populations fall below a certain level, that is when opportunistic infections (AIDS defining illnesses) are more likely to cause illness and eventually death for the patient.

The early attempts at drug treatment drugs were unsuccessful because single drugs were applied at high(and toxic) levels, thought to give the best chance of success in extremely ill patients, and it was not appreciated how quickly resistance could develop in the rapidly mutating HIV virus, with resistant populations quickly rendering the drugs useless. This is why so many people involved in these early trials became more ill from the drugs and eventually died from opportunist infections or other complications caused directly by the HIV virus, cardiomyopathy being one well known example.

During the mid 90s, as more was learnt about the lifecycle of the virus, several classes of drugs were created that attacked various points in this lifecycle and it was correctly reasoned and later became clear from trials that applying different classes of drugs in combination could effectively eliminate the risk of resistance, as a population of HIV that developed mutations conferring resistance to one of the drugs would be unlikely to simultaneously develop a resistance to any of the others and would be wiped out by them, keeping individual resistant strains fully under control.

Further research on the level of these drugs required to prevent resistance over the time between taking the pills has allowed the quantity of these drugs to be fine tuned to the point where side-effects for most patients are extremely well tolerated (if existent at all), and the regimes can be simplified to the point of taking a single pill (containing three or more drugs) once a day.

This has proven to be a very effective form of treatment and is why many people diagnosed HIV positive early enough who regularly take these drug combinations are at very low risk of progressing to full-blown AIDS, possibly indefinitely.

While there are resistant strains of HIV circulating in the population, patients embarking on a regime of drugs are routinely tested for these strains before starting treatment and assuming there is sufficient sensitivity to a few classes of drugs can have their treatment tailored to their needs. Furthermore the range of drugs available continues to be expanded, providing additional options over time for individuals infected by strains of HIV resistant to one or more of the existing drug classes.


So to summarize, HIV infection in most people will eventually lead to immune system damage and death through opportunistic infections or other direct complications. Tolerable treatment regimes can be found for many/most individuals that halt and reverse the CD4 cell destruction, halting the progression to AIDS while they continue to be taken on a regular basis.

The above is why the OPs post is "dangerous bullshit". Anyone who is diagnosed HIV positive who accepts the disproved claims of the OP is likely to die an extremely unpleasant death by rejecting the drugs that will likely save their life. They are also more likely to pass on this devastating illness to others through unprotected sex (accidental or otherwise) because of the high levels of virus that are likely to be circulating in their blood without effective treatment.

If you made it all the way through this long post, I hope it was useful to you and that you have a clearer understanding of the issues involved.

Amazing that not everyone knows about this OP. I read "Aids what the government isn't telling you" by Lorraine Day in the early 90's and this was mentioned in her book.

tests for many diseases just look for the enzymes or

antibodies associated with the patient being positive,

Not only that but the AIDS death rate statistics never materialized. I'm not homosexual or black however we are all at risk here. HIV/AIDS was used to spread STD FEAR for condom use. This further decreased the population.

Now that you mention cheating, did you know some people can feel so guilty from the cheating act that it torments them on the inside to such an emotional degree that their immune system can suffer, coupled with drug use (illegal and prescribed) and all the other poisoning from the food/water/cosmetics they can break down to an AIDS status which is a syndrome not a virus. Same goes for homosexuals especially those that are lifestyle homos hiding it.

People with AIDS can have a normal life expectaccy since the "deadly drugs" were discoved. AIDS was a death sentence in the 80's, now it is not. The testing can sometimes be inaccurate, as in all testing there are false positives and false negatives.
