Everything is Electrmagnetic (E/M) in nature and nothing occurs without it, from the smallest particle to the largest galaxy. The very atoms that make up matter are held together by the E/M force and to think it doesn't pervade everything is delusional. Every particle we know of consists of an E/M field and its effect; attraction, repulsion and spin. Every chemical reaction has an element of the electrical force to it, which is what makes the combining or separation of molecules possible, as one adds or separates electrons from atoms. E/M is the universe.
