Japanese YAKUZAs declining

Japenese Yakuza mob are rumored to be declining in power. This is a very good thing in Japan, as they have been prominent gov thugs since WW2, when the US put them into power. They infiltrate everything, aliken it to the rockefellers in the west. Will this meen civil War in Japan?
